Domain and Hosting Fees for Demand Boost Clients with Marketing Plans
The cost of hosting your Demand Boost provided website is included in your monthly recurring payments. Demand Boost also covers the domain renewal fee as long as the domain is transferred to Demand Boost.
If you have been charged by your personal hosting provider, you may need to contact them to inquire about the reason for the charge. If the reason for the charge pertains to hosting the same website we host, you may request a cancellation and refund.
Please note that in some cases you may have other websites, domains, email services or other services that your previous hosting company is still providing. Before cancelling, confirm what active services you still wish to receive. Otherwise, you would lose all the websites, domains or information currently available for your use.
It is recommended to back-up of all information—websites, emails, etc.—if you feel you may want to use that information again later.
